Me and my girlfriend and another couple are looking to rent a condo either in panama city beach or Myrtle beach this summer but it seems all of them say the minmum age is 25. Does anyone know of any condos that rent to people under 25?(we are all 23)|||I honestly cant think of any condo that hasnt cracked down on that rule. You could still rent from a hotel though. There are some places that will rent to 18 yr olds with a security deposit. I think places like the Days Inn maybe but for sure the Sandpiper Beacon.
