Me and about 7 of my friends are planning a trip to O.C. this summer and need to find a place that will rent to a group of college kids under the age of 20 and will not be too expensive.|||The best site I've found is Owner Direct Vacation Rentals. They only have a couple of places in Maryland right now: http://www.ownerdirect.com/lodging/usa/m鈥?/a> and not in Ocean City. The way they work is that they put you right in touch with the owner, so if you let them know your ages, etc, they'll tell you whether or not they're OK with that. Having said that, it is pretty rare to find a vacation rental that will have a group of under 20 college kids... but it's always worth a try. The worst thing that can happen is that they say no... so you don't have anything to lose by inquiring. Alot of places are already taken that allow under 21 to rent because everybody that's a senior in maryland goes down there for senior week.
