I need the law.|||It all depends on your lease. If you lease has a sub-let clause you can, if not you can't.|||Did some quick research on this question in connection with roomorama.com The New York Real Property Law (http://law.onecle.com/new-york/real-property/RPP0235-F_235-F.html) provides that a (single) tenant may share his apartment with at least one additional non-related tenant.
