Alright, so a good hand full of me and my friends want to rent a place down in jersey for a few nights. ONE of us is 18. Is that good enough to go there by ourselves? You think we'll be allowed? If not, isnt there a way to get around it maybe?
Thanks guys!|||Hi There. If you're looking for any vacation rentals, you have to try Owner Direct Vacation Rentals. They have a couple of vacation rentals in New Jersey http://www.ownerdirect.com/accommodation鈥?/a> at the moment...

I'd have to caution you though, that it's unusual for any home owner to rent their home out to a group of young people, especially when the oldest of the group is only 18 (if that's what you meant: "ONE of us is 18").

If you're planning to try to get around any age requirements, you must be fully aware that if something (really, could be anything) happens/goes wrong... there will be heavy duty consequences for whoever is in charge of the group, if not the whole group (parents included).

Having said all that, it's sometimes possible to find a place where the owner might be OK with it, having been reassured by a responsible adult that everything will be OK. It never hurts to ask a potential vacation rental owner... the worst that can happen is that they say no.

Hopefully everything works out!
