We bought a condo in scottsdale and wanted to operate it as a vacation rental but it seems that is banned in many CC&R in condos i residential areas. I still see many of them advertising in vacation rentals websites|||In Arizona, the rules now state that if you buy a house/condo, you must reside in that house/condo for a minimum of 12 months. I'm sure there are ways around it to where they won't find out.|||no you cant do that here you must live there for 12 months at least or list it as a rental not vacation
