I am thinking about it, and the prices are good right now. My idea is to buy one and then put in on Vacation Rentals by the week. What is the occupancy rate (weeks in a year) that Vacation Rental Houses near Disney (Florida) have? I hear occupancy could be minimum 25 weeks in a year and someone else tells me it is minimum 35 weeks in a year. Can anybody help with any information?
Thanks in Advance.|||Sure, real estate costs a good bit less than 5 years ago.
You need to use a renting management co. to try to keep it occupied and in good shape?
So you're buying a rental property, for now, and down the road you'll sell to an occupying owner?
Do you go on vacation and stay in hotel or rent a house?
Good luck.|||why so you can perv at the little kiddies you miserable moron

|||I think you should go ahead.... Disney is one of the most popular vacation destination not only in US but also across the Globe. Last week I found a good property rentals website for US I think it will help you to find rest of your answer.http://www.alwaysonvacation.com/central-…
Good Luck !!!!|||It depends on what rental company you go through or if you rent it yourself.
The more weeks you rent it out the more money you make. The advantage of having your own house is you can go whenever you want.
I suggest checking out http://www.villadirect.com , http://www.vrbo.com and http://www.allstarvacationhomes.net .|||Celebration and Kissimmee have good Vacation homes for good prices (Cheapest Kissimmee). But you will need a Visa from USCIS. A Visa waiver is only 3 months per year without getting a visa. Ask your realtor about the occupancy.
