If I've understood your question, you have a website that takes holiday bookings, and you want software to deal with that plus show a booking calendar? I think you could use a database driven site and for that you need Dreamweaver. But I'm not sure how automatic it could be. You couldn't set it up and forget it exists, it would still need maintenance.
