I am looking to start a property management company for vacation properties in Florida, in which I would manage the rental of that property. What license, if any, is needed in the state of Florida?|||Real Estate Licsense, plus do u hav any networking contacts to ask advice, suggestions, or intern in order to develop the necessary skill to manage properties???? Any college???? Anybody can buy property, but it takes a determined, business-minded, hungry indivudual to be successful in maintaining several properties, especially vacation properties.
