Is the vacation rental business profitable, will it meet/exceed debt obligations at 70% loan to value?|||I do. No cash flow. That is almost impossible with the taxes, I have state, federal, property and hotel tax to pay on that place. Additionally it has a HOA, it is gated with security guards that patrol.
It pays for itself, but that is all. I get 215 a day for it, it is rented all summer, most of spring and fall.
