There is a robust ex-patriate community that has found a wonderful place to retire in addition to the vibrant youth that comes for the famous surfing of the Mexican Pipeline on Zicatela Beach. One worldly person, in particular, that searched high and low for a suitable retirement locale is Nancye. She is an accomplished business woman from New York who, instead of Florida or Arizona, moved there a few years ago and has become one of the biggest proponents of retiring in Mexico.
