Okay so let's say the people want to rent the house, they could send the deposit money to your account via wire transfer. Then before they come in to actually rent the place they have to have the rest of the money in your account by a certain time. Other than this you could have them send money orders or cashiers checks to you via Federal Express or UPS and then you could make sure the money clears before the actual renting deal goes down, i.e. they move in for the rental period.|||Checks and Money Orders have worked well enough for the people I rent from, plus charge whatever it is you pay to cash the things on top of the rent- that way your money is not cut into.|||Western Union.
